Guidelines of application for the scholarship

(1)	Eligibility requirements

①	Graduate school students studying the subjects concerning development aid and international cooperation.
②	Graduate school students in The International Priority Graduate Programs (PGP).
③	Short term students under an inter-university exchange agreement.
	All the above applicants must be non-Japanese nationals and must be those studying at their own expenses.

(2)	Scholarship grant
	The foundation provide the scholarship grant of ￥100,000 monthly for one year for 20 selected recipients.

(3)	Application
	The applications are accepted once annually from July to September through designated host institutions. Direct application is not accepted.
